Take time to listen, really listen, to the hearts, sounds and invitations this season of the year offers.

Breathe once to let go, twice to be present and a third time for now what…

Lower expectations, heighten relationships…

Try to live at the pace of guidance each day and less by the pace of to do lists…

Listen to the life wanting to live in and through you and less to the life you think others want you to be
living.

Remember, to care is to lament.

Finally, the phrase “fear not” is found in the scriptures 365 times. Hmmm…
