About Tracy Hartman
Tracy Hartman holds certification in coaching and intentional interim ministry. She served on the faculty of Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond for eighteen years as the Professor of Practical Theology, teaching in the areas of preaching, worship, field education, and leadership. Currently she administrates CBF’s Thriving in Ministry initiative, serves as an intentional interim pastor, and coaches clergy in a variety of settings.
