About Pen Peery
Pen Peery brings over 20 years of ministry and leadership experience to the CHC-PMX team. Having served churches in Charlotte, NC, Shreveport, LA, Richmond, VA, and Atlanta, GA, Pen is now solely focused on consulting.
Through his extensive experience, Pen has developed a deep understanding of the importance of leadership that aligns with the culture and specific season of a church’s ministry. He has also witnessed how Spirit-filled generosity can unlock joy and new possibilities for faith communities.
Married to the Rev. Lindsey Wells Peery for 22 years, Pen is a dedicated father of four children. Outside of ministry, he is an avid runner, Peloton enthusiast, experimental cook, and a devoted UNC Tar Heel fan.
