Joel Snider, having retired in 2016 after an illustrious 40-year tenure in active ministry, spent the last 21 years as the esteemed pastor of First Baptist Church in Rome, Georgia. Joel's passion for guiding and supporting others extends into his active coaching practice, where he engages with a diverse clientele including ministers, small business owners, and financial planners.
In his role with the Center for Healthy Churches (CHC), Joel brings his wealth of experience to focus on creating impactful faith development ministries for young families and churches. Additionally, he provides valuable consulting services for minister search committees and contributes to the enhancement of congregational health. Joel serves as a coach for CHC, leveraging his insights and expertise to nurture and empower individuals and organizations.
