About Craig Sherouse*
Dr. Craig A. Sherouse, Ph.D., concluded his eleven-year tenure as Sr. Pastor of Second Baptist Church, Richmond, VA, in February 2019, marking the culmination of a remarkable forty-seven-year career in local church ministry. With forty-three of those years spent as a Sr. Pastor, Craig's impactful journey has taken him through his native Florida, as well as Kentucky, Georgia, and Virginia. His expertise spans strategic planning/visioning, coaching, team building, and pastoral transition.
Currently serving as a coach and consultant for CHC, Craig draws upon his extensive training and experience to guide and support others in their professional and ministry endeavors. Together with his wife, Beverly, a retired elementary teacher and church organist, they split their time between Florida and Virginia/North Carolina.
