CHC presents S.T.E.P.™ (Strategic Transition Education Program), the next generation in interim ministry. This training is based on the principles developed by Russell Crabtree in Transition Apparitions: Why Much of What We Know about Pastoral Transitions Is Wrong. In this work, Crabtree uses an evidence-based approach that is the antithesis of a one-size-fits-all consulting method.
We believe that one-size-fits-all consulting cannot be truly effective because it ignores the uniqueness of each congregation. Your church’s opportunities and struggles are different from your neighbors’. That’s why CHC offers an in-depth consulting process based on your individual church’s and clergy members’ needs.
