About Charlie Fuller*
Charlie Fuller is an Executive Coach specializing in coaching ministers. In addition to his private coaching practice, he works with The Center for Healthy Churches as a consultant and coach. After an academic career that culminated as a fine arts dean and professor emeritus at Ouachita Baptist University, he embarked on a career in local church ministry. In mid-life he completed the M.Div. from George W. Truett Theological Seminary and the D.Min. focused on Systems Leadership from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. Local church ministry positions include Executive Pastor of The First Baptist Church of the City of Washington, DC., Minister for Congregational Life for Second Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Transition Pastor for Lake Shore Baptist Church in Waco, Texas. He holds the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation and has mediation skills training with the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center.
